SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Fox design studio, we offer quick and reliable shipping for all of our custom home décor products. Our team takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.We now ship internationally and all items are sent through Royal mail. Postage will be calculated at the checkout.

Your order will be shipped once the production process is complete. Brick Buddy's and Smileys typically take 2–7 days to make, while Straw Toppers usually take 1–3 days, depending on how busy we are, however we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your item is ready, it will be promptly dispatched.

​We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked for all international orders.

Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 2-3 working days
• EU: 3–10 working days
• Rest of the World: 7–28 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays during busy periods, customs checks, or bank holidays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fox design studio. If your order from Fox design studio arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please be assured that all our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping and are sent in protective packaging. However, issues with postal handling can still occur. In the event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and then contact us at molly@foxdesignstudio.co.uk with your order details and the attached photos. Our dedicated team will work swiftly to address the issue and a replacement will be sent out promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, 

We do not accept returns or refunds because of the bespoke nature of the product.
