When will my order be shipped out?Your order will be shipped once the production process is complete. Brick Buddy's and Smileys typically take 2–7 days to make, while Straw Toppers usually take 1–3 days, depending on how busy we are, however we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your item is ready, it will be promptly dispatched.

How long will my package take to be delivered once shipped?We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked for all international orders. Estimated delivery times: • UK: 2-3 working days • EU: 3–10 working days • Rest of the World: 7–28 working days Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail and may be subject to delays during busy periods, customs checks, or bank holidays.

Do you ship internationally?Yes!! We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all international orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. The seller is not liable for any delays in shipping.

where's my parcel?While it’s uncommon, occasional delays can happen once an item is with Royal Mail, Please note that after dispatch, your parcel is in their care, and we have no control over delivery times or handling. All orders are sent with tracking, and your tracking number can be found in your dispatch notification email. Delays can sometimes occur due to busy periods, customs checks, or other postal issues. We consider a parcel to be lost after the following timeframes: • UK: 10 working days • EU: 18 working days • Rest of the World: 28 working days If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please contact us asap, and we’ll be happy to help with the next steps regarding a replacement

What should I do if my order from Fox design studio arrives damagedIf your order from Fox design studio arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that all our items are inspected thoroughly before shipping and are sent in protective packaging. However, issues with postal handling can still occur. In the event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and then contact us at molly@foxdesignstudio.co.uk with your order details and the attached photos. Our dedicated team will work swiftly to address the issue and a replacement will be sent out promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your experience with Fox design studio is a positive one.

Care InstructionsTo keep your 3D print looking as good as new: Handle with clean, dry hands (avoid moisturisers). Use a dry microfiber cloth to gently remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals, direct sunlight, moisture, and excessive heat. Indoor use only.

Can items be hung outside?No, all 3d printed wall art and ornaments are indoor use only.

Wall art instructionsWe’ve made installation super easy by including all the necessary fittings along with detailed instructions to help you get it just right. The back of each ornament features a keyhole wall fitting, so it securely and seamlessly attaches to the wall with just a screw. Please pick a location where the wall art can't be knocked, reached by children or where it can't be pushed up and knocked of the wall.
